Registration for all seminars begins at
7:30 AM; Seminar: 8:00 AM--2:30 PM. Please be on time
to qualify for full credit. |

Coffee and pastries provided during the morning session.
Jason's Deli box lunches provided with choice of turkey,
ham or veggie sandwich on white or wheat. Lunch comes
with chips, cookie and condiments. |

Certificates will be presented at the end of the lecture.
For those attending for partial credit, you will receive
your certificate at the break following the hours you
complete. Certificates
awarded: 6 hours of Category I CRCE units or 6 hours
of Type I Nursing CE units. |

You must call IN ADVANCE for cancellations--no
credit for cancellations after 5:00 PM the day before
the seminar. No credit will be given for "no shows". |

please wear layered clothing for comfort. |
